When prompted “Do you want to run or save the file?” Press [Run]. Or if using a newer browser select Open File from the Downloads menu.

run — Older Browser – Click Run

open file — New Browser – Click Open File

run — A security warning will display asking “Do you want to run this software?” Verify the Name is Teamviewer and the Publisher is Teamviewer then press [Run].

accept — A disclaimer message will appear, please read the disclaimer carefully before accepting

provide password — Quick Support should now open, please provide the 4 digit password shown to the Resale1 Tech support staff helping you
